Community Facilities & Amenities
| Following is information about the facilities and amenities available within the Sundance II complex. They are only open to homeowners, tenants, and guests, but the information is able to be viwed on the public side of the website so that potential buyers or tenants can see what life in our community has to offer. Clubhouse The Clubhouse is located in the center of the complex on the west side. It houses the on-site Property Manager's office, a meeting/party room, Fitness Facility, and the Racquetball courts. The meeting room has a fireplace, television, and bar. There is also a kitchen, rest rooms, and a patio with tables and chairs. The clubhouse is for the use of homeowners, tenants and guests. The Clubhouse may be rented for parties and business meetings. A refundable damage/cleaning deposit of $100 is payable upon approval for the event, and will be returned once the facility has been inspected. | Fitness Facility The Fitness Center and Racquet Ball Court are in the Clubhouse. The Fitness Center contains commercial quality equipment, and its use is conditioned upon purchasing a key and entering into a Fitness Facility Agreement, which sets out the rules for use of the facility. | Gate Cards & Remote Control Transmitters Sundance II is a gated community. Gate cards or remote control transmitters are required for access to the front gate. Residents can obtain cards or transmitters from the Property Manager. Location: Make a request to the Property Manager Costs: $25 for Gate Card, $35 for Transmitter |
| Gated circle parks and walking paths There are two green belts in the center of the North and South circles of homes. Each green belt includes a center park that has in its center a pavillion with a barbeque grill, picnic table, and restroom; a walking path that circles park, and a green space that forms an outer circle. Residents access the park from either their own back gate, or through gates from the Sundance complex' streets. Obtain a special park gate key from the Property Manager. | Tennis Courts There are two tennis courts. No reservations or sign-ups are neccessary; it's first come, first served. The courts are for residents and their guests. Location: behind the clubhouse Hours: 6AM to 10PM |
